Καταιγισμός σκέψεων καθώς έτρεχα για 436η συνεχόμενη ημέρα σήμερα.
Σκέψεις πολλές διάφορες και διαφορετικές, έρχονται απ' το προσωπικό άπειρο και καταλήγουν με αφορμή το τρέξιμο στα πόδια.
Σήμερα έτρεξα για λίγο στο κλείσιμο σε πλαστικό ταρτάν εντελώς ξυπόλυτος, ήταν ότι πιο χαλαρωτικό εν κινήσει έχω κάνει όσες μέρες τρέχω. Στο τέλος απόλαυσα τις διατάσεις ξυπόλυτος, σκεφτόμουν τι μπορεί να σκεφτούν αν με βλέπουν να βγάζω φωτογραφίες τα πόδια μου.
Δεν με νοιάζει, ήταν άλλη μια μέρα τρεξίματος, εδώ χωράν όλα!!!

Barrage of thoughts while I was running for the 436th consecutive day today.
Thoughts , lots and various of them and different, are coming from the personal infinite and end up , due to running, on my feet.
Today, at closure, I run for a bit completely barefoot on the plastic terrain , it was the most relaxing thing I have done in terms of movement during all these days that I am running. In the end I enjoyed the stretches barefoot, I was thinking what could they think if they saw me taking photos of my feet.
I don´t care, it was one more day of running, everything fits here !!!
