323η μέρα από 365 / 323th day from 365

Με βαριά πόδια κύλησε η σημερινή 323η συνεχόμενη ημέρα τρεξίματος. Δίχως να ’χουν μεγάλη ένταση το Σαββατοκύριακο οι προπονήσεις, το σώμα για κάποιο λόγω μίλησε, το άκουσα και απλά ακολούθησα το έτσι κι αλλιώς χαλαρό σημερινό 30λεπτο.

Πολλές φορές ξεκινώντας βγαίνει μια αμφιθυμία που αγγίζει τα όρια του βαριέμαι, ενώ είναι μαγική η αέναη διαδρομή αλλαγής της αμφιθυμίας.

Σκέψεις διάφορες, πολυποίκιλες, πολλές φορές από άγνωστο σημείο άφιξης, μέχρι να γίνει η διεργασία, αν γίνει. Όπως και να ‘χει έρχονται διάφορα και αγγίζουν.

Σήμερα σκεφτόμουν ότι εμείς οι άνθρωποι ματιάζουμε τις μυγδαλιές για την ομορφιά τους και μετά κάνει παγωνιές και χαλάνε...

The 323rd consecutive day of running went on today with heavy feeτ. Although the weekend training sessions didn't have much tension, the body for some reason spoke, I heard it and I just followed the anyway relaxed 30minute today.

Many times in the beginning, an ambivalence that reaches the borders of "I'm bored" comes up, while the perpetual route of change of ambivalence is magic.

Several thoughts, miscellaneous, many times from an unknown arrival point, till the process is one, if it's done. Anyway, several things come up and touch.

I ws thinking today that we people put the evil eye on almond trees for their beauty and then it's cold and they wither...
