Ήσυχη ροή, ορισμός της χαλάρωσης, πόδια που ξεκουράζονταν τρέχοντας αφήνοντας πίσω τους στο χώμα την ενέργεια που έπρεπε.
Σκέψεις διάφορες διαφορετικές αντίστοιχες της σημερινής ημέρας, ήμερες, ήρεμες που απλά έρχονται και "κουμπώνουν" μέσα και η ροή συνεχίζει.
Στην βάση όλα αυτά τα απλά, τα λιτά. Στην βάση και σε κάποια όμορα μονοπάτια που τραβήχτηκαν κάποια πλάνα για τα μελλοντικά σχέδια του project και βλέπετε στην φωτογραφία που συνοδεύει το σημερινό report.
Στην βάση απλά και λιτά όπως το ίδιο το τρέξιμο...
Να 'μαστε καλά να το απολαμβάνουμε.

Smooth flow, definition of the relaxation, feet that were resting while running, letting behind them the on the soil the energy needed.
Several thoughts, different, corresponding to the current day, quiet, calm, which just come and fit inside and the flow continues.
On the base ground all these simple, frugal things. On the base ground and on some neighbouring paths where some photos for the future plans of the project were taken and you can see them in the photo accompanying the current report.
On the base ground simple and frugal as the running itself...
