Όπως ακριβώς το ανέφερα χθες, ''η πιο κρύα μέρα η σημερινή μέχρι την επόμενη''. Κι η επόμενη ήταν σήμερα. Λίγο πριν τις 21:00 στην βάση με αέρα δαιμονισμένο σε ορισμένα σημεία, ήταν όμορφα, άγρια και όμορφα.
Όταν υπάρχει καλή διάθεση και η οργάνωση είναι σε λογικά πλαίσια τα πράγματα είναι απολαυστικά λειτουργικά.
Αν και στο τέλος της εβδομάδας και της ημέρας και μετά από ένα τρελό χθεσινό σχεδόν ολονύχτιο ξενύχτι με τον μικρό, υπήρχε πολύ και καλή διάθεση για τρέξιμο. Δεν βγήκε καμιά βαριά σκέψη κούρασης ούτε ανεβαίνοντας στην βάση, ούτε νωρίτερα καθώς ετοιμαζόμουν στο σπίτι.
Νοιώθω να 'ναι πια το project αλλά κυρίως το τρέξιμο κομμάτι της φύσης μου.
Λόγω του αέρα η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν πολύ καθαρή, υγρασία δεν είχε έτσι τα φώτα απ΄την απέναντι μεριά του Ασβεστοχωρίου έμοιαζαν πιο κοντά και πιο φωτεινά από άλλες νύχτες. Το Ασβεστοχώρι απ' την μεριά του δάσους Κουρί μοιάζει με μεγάλο πλατύ και στολισμένο δέντρο όπως το βλέπω απ' την βάση, βοηθάνε σ' αυτό και τα διάφορα λαμπάκια.
Χρώμα στο φως, χρώμα στην νύχτα, σχήματα που μοιάζουν όπως εμείς τα ''δένουμε'' μέσα μας. Να 'μαστε καλά να τρέχουμε, να βιώνουμε, να κατανοούμε, να μαθαίνουμε.

Right as I mentioned it yesterday, "today is the coldest day till the next one". And the next one was today. Little before 21:00 on the base ground with possessed wind at some points, it was nice, wild and nice.
When there is good mood and the organisation is on reasonable frames things are delightfully functional.
Although it was the end of the week and of the day and after a crazy almost all night long sitting up late with my younger son, there was much and good mood for running. There wasn't any hard thought of tiredness, neither while running up the base ground nor earlier while I was preparing at home.
I feel that the project but especially running are now part of my nature.
Due to the wind the atmosphere was very clear, there wasn't any humidity, so the lights from the opposite side of Asvestohori looked as if they were closer and brighter than what they were other nights. Asvestohori from the side of Kouri forest looks like a big, broad and onrnate tree as I see it from the base ground, the several small lights help at this.
Colour in the light, colour in the night, shapes which look like us and we "bond" them inside us. Let us be OK to run, to experience, to understand, to learn.
