This afternoon i run in haste, for 30 minutes. We had arranged to go outside with our friends so i was in hurry to be there on time. During my training i had the impression that i run just for 10 minutes.
I was in base, but actually i didn't stay just to the circle. I expanded the perimeter and incorporated some uphill’s and downhill’s for 100 - 150 meters. I felt great trying something different inside my basic training program. It was refreshing. It didn't really matters if it was because i tried something new or because i was in big hurry to meet with my friends. Probably it was both.
Afterwards, when i came back home, i chose to post the photo of the small part of the jaw to accompany my text. At first glance you could thing that it is a giant fossil from prehistoric animal standing on the mountain. It is just a small piece of jaw, a part of the teeth, on a small stone on the ground.
This is achieved by running. Nothing is as it seems, nothing is the same, sizes expand as we move on. All kind of sizes expand, sometimes simultaneously, even in our imagination.
