Γεμάτη ημέρα με τους ρυθμούς να πέφτουν πριν το τέλος του 24ώρου. Ήσυχο βράδυ με δροσιά και υγρασία που μόνο τα γόνατα καταλάβαιναν.
Σχεδόν απόλυτη ησυχία με μόνο τα βήματα και την ανάσα να ακούγονται, δεν πήρα και την Φαίδρα μαζί μου κι ήταν ακόμα πιο ήσυχα. Χαμηλός ο ρυθμός και οι σφυγμοί ακολουθούσαν.
Όλο αυτό που συμβαίνει με το running365.gr νομίζω έχει αρχίσει να σταματά να 'ναι προσωπική υπόθεση, αφορά κι άλλους, αφορά την ζωή κι άλλων. Δέχθηκα σήμερα τρία μηνύματα που αν δεν υπήρχε το project δεν θα τα δεχόμουν.
Κι αυτό είναι το λιγότερο ανθρώπινο, το λιγότερο πιο κοντά στην φύση μας. Νοιώθω το project να λειτουργεί σαν μια ραδιοφωνική εκπομπή που ξεκινά απ' το studio κι είναι άγνωστο που θα καταλήξει.
Όπως το τρέξιμο και οι συναντήσεις που φέρνει, έπρεπε να 'σασταν μαζί μου απόψε για να ακούσετε την καρδιά του φοβισμένου σκαντζόχοιρου όπως κουλουριάστηκε όταν συναντηθήκαμε.

A full day with the rhythm slowing down before the end of the 24-hour day.A quiet cool evening with humidity levels that only the knees could tell.
Almost absolute silence , I could hear only my footsteps and breathing, I hadn't taken Phaedra with me either so it was even quieter. Low pace and the subsequent pulse.
What is happening with running365.gr, I think, is already ceasing to be a private matter, it concerns others, it concerns also the life of others. I received three messages today that I would not have received if it wasn't for the project.
And this is the minimum of human contact, the minimum of our nature. I feel the project operating as a radio show that begins at the studio and it is unknown where it will finally arrive.
Just like running and the encounters that it brings, you had to be there with me tonight to listen to the heart of the scared hedgehog how it curled-up upon our encounter.
