Είχα νομίζω άπειρα χρόνια να τρέξω σε στίβο και με πρόγραμμα αν υποθέσουμε πως έχω πρόγραμμα. Ο γιος μου ξεκίνησε δραστηριότητα στο αθλητικό κέντρο Πανοράματος, έτσι ήταν μια καλή ευκαιρία για μένα να τρέξω σε στίβο.
Δεν υπήρχε χρόνος να σκεφτώ πολλά, η ζέστη και η κούραση της διαλλειματικής φρόντισαν για αυτό. Όμως ως γνήσιο και εγώ ''αποτύπωμα'' ή σαν άλλος σκύλος σε πείραμα του Ρώσου φυσιολόγου, ψυχολόγου και γιατρού Pavlof έφερνα συγκεκριμένες εικόνες στο μυαλό μου.
Όπως και στην βάση όταν υπάρχει διαλειμματική έτσι και σήμερα όταν είχα μπροστά μου τελευταία 400 μέτρα έρχονταν εικόνες απ' το γήπεδο στην Βέροια, τότε μικρός έκανα προπόνηση με την ομάδα του Συλλόγου Χιονοδρόμων Ορειβατών Βέροιας. Πάντα έρχονται εικόνες από το μαύρο σαν κάρβουνο ταρτάν του Εθνικού Σταδίου Βέροιας, όπως έλεγε έξω η μεγάλη πινακίδα.
Η πιο μαγική όμως στιγμή είναι στην φωτογραφία που συνοδεύει το σημερινό report. Όταν στο τέλος η τελευταία στροφή της χαλάρωσης έγινε παρέα με το γιο μου κουβεντιάζοντας.
Όμορφο να αρχίζει μ' αυτό τον τρόπο ο μήνας!!!

There has been a long time since i run around a beaten path, following a program (assuming that there is a program). My big son started his training courses at the Athletic Center of Panorama and it was a good chance for me to run around this beaten path.
I didn't have a lot of time to think more because of the hot weather and the interval training. Just like another imprint or a guinea pig in an experiment of a Russian Physiologist, Psychologist or even Doctor (Pavlov) the same thoughts and images came up in my mind.
This is happening every time i decide to train in an interval way. When i run the last 400 m images of Veroia and the court there are coming up in my mind.
Memories from the period that i was training with the team of the Association of Skier and Mountaineers of Veroia. I remember the black tartan (looked like a coal) of the National Stadium of Veroia (as you could read on the sign outside).
I find it very nice to start my month in such a way!

Nevertheless, the most magic moment was this one that you can see in this photo. It was the moment that i was running my last round talking and relaxing together with my son.
