87η μέρα από 365 Πανόραμα / 87th day from 365 Panorama

Στο Πανόραμα σήμερα η 87η συνεχόμενη ημέρα τρεξίματος. Βαριά η ατμόσφαιρα, υγρασία και μύριζε βροχή που ευτυχώς δεν ήρθε. Βαριά η ατμόσφαιρα σαν το κλίμα των ημερών, ακούς, ακούς, ακούς και πρέπει να ξεσκαρτάρεις, να πετάξεις στα σκουπίδια, ότι θεωρείς εσύ σκουπίδια, είτε είσαι με το ΟΧΙ είτε με το ΝΑΙ, είτε ανάμεσα, είτε πουθενά.

Ήρεμα κύλησε το σημερινό 20λεπτο, τακτοποιώντας πράγματα και ακούγοντας το σώμα μου μόλις δυο μέρες πριν τον μεγάλο αγώνα στον Όλυμπο. Ενώ οι διαφορετικές σκέψεις σε σχέση μ' αυτόν κάνουν πάρτι μέσα μου και εγώ ακούω, κρίνω και τακτοποιώ.

Αυτό κάνει το τρέξιμο, το 'χω ξαναπεί, βάζει σε μια τάξη, τακτοποιεί, ξεσκαρτάρει και μ' αυτό κλείνω γιατί ζούμε στην εποχή του ξεσκαρταρίσματος.

Today, it was the 87th day of the project and i was running in Panorama. The atmosphere was heavy, it was wet and humid. I smelled the rain that was coming. Fortunately it didn't come. The atmosphere around was wired, like the climate of the days, you listen different things and it is necessary to throw away the rubbish. To stay away from the trash whatever you think is the right, the "yes" or the "no", the "yes" and "no" or nowhere. 

I remember the Alexiou's song "The Answer Machine" that it says: "thank god i have the job and i will forget...". Rephrasing the lyrics i could say: "thank God is running and clarify my thoughts...".

I was feeling cool during today's 20 minutes running. I clear up myself while i was listening my body, two days before my big race at mountain Olympus. On the other hand various thoughts inside me were mixed up, like in a party and i listened, judged and rearranged.

This is the effect of running. I have said it before. Puts into order, arranges, and clarifies. This is the end of today's text...besides we live in the era of "cleansing".
