Ότι αξίζει την επόμενη εβδομάδα μετά από αγώνα είναι η σημερινή ημέρα. Έχει φύγει το όποιο ''πιάσιμο'' υπήρχε, πέρασαν οι μέρες τρεξίματος που το ξεκίνημά τους θυμίζει την εύθραυστη ύπαρξή μας. Υπάρχει μόνο αυτή η Πέμπτη με ελεύθερο τρέξιμο στο βουνό, θυμίζει Σάββατο ή Κυριακή κι είναι μόλις λίγο πριν το τέλος της εβδομάδας.
Λατρεύω αυτή την Πέμπτη, είναι όπως η απόλυτη ησυχία μετά την μεγάλη ένταση, είναι σαν το νερό που κυλά στο διψασμένο χωράφι, δεν ακούγεται απλά κυλά και ποτίζει.
Έτσι κύλησε η σημερινή 424η συνεχόμενη ημέρα τρεξίματος απ' το Πανόραμα προς τον Κισσό και πίσω, με ζέστη καλοκαιριού, κι ήταν όμορφα κάθε μέρα τρεξίματος είναι όμορφη, είναι καταλυτική πολλές φορές.

I love this Thursday, it is just like the quiet after the big tension, it is like the water that flows inside the eager field, you can not hear it, it just flows and waters.
