Μετά από πολύ καιρό ανέβηκα στην βάση, τις τελευταίες ημέρες πηγαίνω είτε αργά το βράδυ στον διάδρομο, είτε την ώρα που έχει προπόνηση στο τένις ο μεγάλος μας γιος και εγώ τρέχω στον στίβο. Έτσι σήμερα που 'ταν και νωρίς ήταν μια καλή ευκαιρία για βάση.
Ένοιωσα να μην περνά ο χρόνος, η αίσθηση όμως της ελευθερίας στην κίνηση μετά τον στίβο και κυρίως μετά τον διάδρομο ήταν απίστευτη. Ένοιωθα τα πάντα στον πιο απόλυτο βαθμό τους, ο αέρας, η επαφή με την γη και το χώμα, τα χρώματα, τα σύννεφα ήταν σε απίστευτη επαφή με τις αισθήσεις μου. Δεχόμουν αέρα απ' την μύτη και ένοιωθα όλη την διαδρομή του μέχρι την επιστροφή του για έξω.
Όλο το σημερινό 30λεπτο ήταν σαν αποθεραπεία όλων, χαλαρό τρέξιμο στο βαθύ φθινόπωρο γιατί τελικά αυτό ένοιωθα πως έτρεχα στο βαθύ φθινόπωρο. Νομίζω φαίνεται στην σημερινή φωτογραφία που συνοδεύει το report, σαν πίσω απ' τον Προφ. Ηλία στο Κουρί να κρύβεται ο χειμώνας.

I had a long time to run around the base ground. Lately, when it is late at night i run to the running corridor and the rest of the days, when i go with my kid to his tennis training, I run to the beaten path. Today, it was early and i thought it was a good chance to go up to the mountain.
Even though i was feeling that time didn't pass i felt the freedom of the movements comparing to the beaten path and much more to running on the running corridor. I was feeling everything around, the air, the earth and the ground, the colors, the clouds. They touched my senses in a great degree. I was breathing the air and i was feeling all the way inside and then outside of my body.
I was running for 30 minutes and it was like a recovery from everything. I run in a relaxed way, inside the autumn. All around was in "deep" autumn. You can see it in the photo that i took for this report. I think that behind this small church, that is calling "Prophet Hlias" and you can find it on the "Koyri" mountain you can see that the winter is hiding.
