Σήμερα έβαλα μικρές ανηφόρες, ήταν άψογα, κύλησε αλλιώς όλη η διαδικασία. Ο χρόνος αποκτά διαφορετική διάσταση, γίνεται ουσιαστικά σύντομος. Αυτό δεν ξέρω αν είναι καλό, να 'ναι δηλαδή ο χρόνος σύντομος και μάλλον είναι ερώτημα φιλοσοφικής βάσης.
Κι αυτό είναι παράξενο και οικείο μαζί.
Running around the basecount is something that i don't like lately. I f i put in my training program changes then it is nice and i don't care at all. Time passes really difficult the first 10 minutes while i am warming up. Instead the time that i run loosely after tension it is different and passes easier. It reminds me a white paper that i have the chance to leave there all my thoughts.
Maybe the way that i feel about simple running connected with the rest of my daily life that are in progress and demand or occupy a lot of space. For that reason i am trying to put in 30 minutes running as much as i can.
Today i put some up hills and it was enjoyable. This change brought fresh air in the whole procedure. Time acquires a different dimension, becomes brief and effective. I haven't clarified yet if the short time is for good. Probably it is a philosophical question.
This is strange and familiar at the same time.
