3η μέρα από 365 - Παραλία Καλαμαριάς / 3rd day from 365 - Kalamaria beach

Το 'χα σκεφτεί εδώ και καιρό, τις μέρες αυτές που ο Φίλιππος δεν έχει σχολείο και έτσι δεν θα τον πήγαινα να φύγω νωρίτερα απ' το σπίτι και να πάω για τρέξιμο πριν την δουλειά.

Αυτό έγινε σήμερα.

Απ' την παραλία της Καλαμαριάς έφτασα μέχρι το Μέγαρο σχεδόν. Είχα πολύ καιρό να τρέξω δίπλα στην θάλασσα τόσο νωρίς το πρωί. Ο καιρός ήταν μουντός μα υπέροχος, η υγρασία είναι πολύ διαφορετική κοντά στην θάλασσα, η πόλη που ξυπνά είναι διαφορετική. Τα ζώα της πόλης είναι διαφορετικά, τα σκυλιά κοιμόντουσαν και όλες οι γάτες που πέτυχα κυνηγούσαν ή έπαιζαν με τα θηράματά τους.

Η ζωή σε εγρήγορση, ο οργανισμός σε εγρήγορση.

Τα πάντα κινούνται αν εμείς τα κινήσουμε.

I was thinking a lot lately, that i would like to go for running early in the morning, before going to work. I couldn't' t do it until today because every morning i should leave my son Philippe to school. Schools are closed now, it is Easter time.   It was the right time to do it.

And i did it...

I start running close to the sea cost from Kalamaria to Opera House. It’s been a long time since I run near the sea… so early in the morning 

.

It was really beautiful, despite the humid weather.

Everything was different...the dampness  near the sea...the city that waken up...the animals that live in the city...the way that the dogs were sleeping and all the cats that i met were hunting or playing with their prey.

Life on moving...ourselves being awake...

Everything moves on… if we move everything!
